March 25 2022 - The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in The bipartisan CARES Act and the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act which provided $175 billion in relief funds to hospitals and other healthcare providers on the front lines of the coronavirus response.

Tisch hospital accounted for 17.54% of New York city first round payment.
Across all 15 hospitals and other healthcare providers, 1st round payment ranged from $18 million to $203 million.
Average payment was $77.24 million.
