Olu Daramola

Olu serves as Senior Director of Information Technology Program Management at OMS Consulting Group and brings over 8 years of experience in the management of multi-million-dollar R & D portfolio programs in the healthcare, technology, and life sciences industry.  Most recently, Olu was Senior PMO-IT Technical Manager of Life Sciences Technology at Dell EMC/Harvard Pilgrim where he led the Company Sponsored SharePoint Online to migrate 100+ existing healthcare legacy systems impacting 500,000+ members to SharePoint Cloud Platform. Prior to joining Dell EMC/Harvard Pilgrim, Olu served as Senior PMO-IT QA Technical Program Manager of Information Technology at AvMed Inc. and led the AvMed Inc. program for ICD-10 Operations and IT readiness to successfully remediate 200+ healthcare systems, impacting over 300,000 total members, more than 35,000 physicians, specialists, and hospitals, completion of a national technology go-live for Open Enrollment and initiation of automated claims processing KPIs and enrollment systems and was a key contributor to building the ICD-10 rare disease product portfolio, assessed 600,000+ ICD-9 diagnosis and procedures to successfully remediate to ICD-10, he led the solutions implementation 6 weeks prior to compliance go-live. Prior to AvMed Inc. Olu held roles of increasing responsibility in Project, Program & Technology Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Delta Dental (DentaQuest), EmblemHealth and Cigna. He also served as a Project Management Consultant for Northwestern Memorial Health.  Olu holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from William Woods University in Missouri and a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance, derivatives and Marketing and Advertising (dual degrees) from Dominican University in Illinois.
